Individual- & group sessions
Camilla’s teaching practice is currently organized around modalities of trauma sensitive yoga, relational meditation and somatic (re)organization.
“As a teacher, I facilitate classes and workshops that offer a mindful, playful and choiceful movement practice. In each class, we move through flows of asanas (and/or somatic exercises) that invite us into sensory explorations, sustainable alignment and dynamic physical expression; the intension is to create embodied experiences of enhanced presence, agency and aliveness.”

Community care / community building
Camilla is a co-founding and active member of the project space Studio KG.
Studio KG is a self-organized project space that thrives on collaborative approaches to performance, curation, research, facilitation and fundraising. Founded by an open community of artists, cultural- and spatial practitioners, the space serves as a flexible and responsive environment where artistsโand their local communitiesโcan gather around practices like embodied experimentation; justice oriented world-building; cultural critique/unlearning; mutual support and experiences of situated-, relational- and processual belonging.
Camilla works actively as a facilitator and organizer at SOPA (School Of Performance Art).
School Of Performance Art is a community based initiative by/with educators and artists pioneering innovative approaches to performance/performing arts education and production. The initiative will serve as a network for art practitioners collaborating in the heart of Berlin, through a series of workshops, lectures, gatherings and performances. Our school is open to facilitating ideas and project proposals on performance art, working together towards desired conditions that strengthen and stretch our community.
